Thank you for choosing Fairentoria for your golf lessons, simulation, club fitting, and swing analysis. Because our sessions are scheduled individually and resources are allocated ahead of time, we enforce a transparent policy regarding cancellations, scheduling modifications, and refunds.

1. Scheduling and Session Finalization

Please note that initial online consultation bookings are completely free and carry no charges. A session or training package is only finalized once you have attended your consultation at our physical office and paid the full amount in cash only. Your scheduled sessions are locked into our system only after this transaction is complete.

2. Cancellation and Refund Timeline

If you need to cancel a finalized session, your eligibility for a refund depends entirely on how much advance notice you provide before the scheduled session time.

3. Policy Specifications and Definitions

Timestamps: The notice window is calculated precisely from the exact scheduled start time of your session back to the time we receive your formal cancellation notification.
Inability to Board / Attend: If you are unable to attend your session for any personal reason, you must explicitly inform us at least 24 hours before the session start time to secure a 50% refund.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive at our venue for your scheduled time and provide no prior communication, the session will be marked as a no-show. Out of fairness to our trainers and to cover lost operational time, no refunds or rescheduling options will be given for no-shows.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To log a cancellation, you must contact us via our official email address: contact@fairentoria.com . Alternatively, you can speak directly with a representative at our office. The time the email is received or the time the in-person request is made will serve as the official marker for the notice window.

5. Refund Distribution Methods

Once a refund request is reviewed and accepted based on the timeline thresholds above, you can choose one of two distinct payout methods:

Method A: Cash Transfer (In-Person)

You must visit our office building in Wan Chai in person.
Our representatives will hand over the accepted refund amount to you in cash.

Method B: Bank Transfer (Electronic)

Upon approval of your cancellation, you must send an email from your registered address containing your valid Hong Kong bank account information (including Bank Name, Bank Code, Branch Code, Account Holder Name, and Account Number).
We will initiate an electronic transfer directly to the provided account.

6. Data Privacy Note

Any bank details provided via email for the purpose of processing an electronic refund is collected, stored, and managed strictly according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. This data is utilized solely to execute your specific transaction and is safeguarded against unwanted access.
