Welcome to Fairentoria. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking system, and the purchase and utilization of our services, which include golf lessons, golf simulation, club fitting, and swing analysis.

By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them cautiously.

2. Services and Consultation Booking

Website Information: All descriptions, details, and structures of our golf lessons, simulation sessions, club fitting, and swing analysis are displayed on our website.
Initial Consultation: Customers can request an initial consultation through our online booking system by selecting an available date.
No upfront fees: This online request is for a free consultation only. No charges are levied, and no payment details are collected on the website.
Purpose of Consultation: The online request does not constitute a finalized service booking. To finalize a service, the customer must attend the consultation at our office address in Wan Chai. During this session, our representatives will establish a tailored training plan or discuss specific service packages, and assign an instructor.

3. Payment and Booking Finalization

Payment Location: All service agreements must be finalized in person at our physical office address.
Payment Method: We operate on a cash-only basis for all service packages and lessons. No other modes of payment (such as credit cards, checks, or digital wallets) are accepted at our venue.
Finalization: A service booking is considered complete and valid only after the full amount has been paid in cash at our office. Customers may only attend scheduled sessions once full payment is received.

4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

We enforce a strict policy regarding the modification or cancellation of finalized sessions to ensure operational efficiency. Refund eligibility depends entirely on the timing of your cancellation notice.

4.1 No-Shows

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be categorized as a no-show. No-shows result in the total forfeiture of the session fee, and no refunds will be issued.

4.2 Refund Processing Methods

Accepted refunds will be processed via one of the following two methods, chosen by the customer:

1. Cash Transfer: The customer must visit our physical office address in person to collect the cash refund.

2. Bank Transfer: The customer must provide valid bank account details via email from their registered email address once the cancellation request is accepted.

5. Personal Data Privacy (PDPO Compliance)

Fairentoria is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (PDPO) .

Data Collection: We collect personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and bank details for refunds) solely for the purposes of managing bookings, customizing your training plans, and processing accepted refunds.
Data Security: Your data is handled securely and will not be shared with unwanted third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by Hong Kong law.
Data Access Requests: Under the PDPO, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. Such requests should be directed to contact@fairentoria.com .

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

7. Amendments

Fairentoria reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated directly on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
